Your whole facility, one screen.
Quantify Environmental runs as an industrial IoT integrator. We install wireless sensors and meters in factories, connect them to a live dashboard, and help your team see what is actually happening with water, energy, equipment and product — in real time, from anywhere.
We do all of it ourselves. The assessment, the wiring, the install, the commissioning and the dashboards are one company’s work. Nothing is subcontracted, and there is nobody to hand you off to when something needs looking at.
It is also not only our hardware. If you already have meters, PLCs, a SCADA historian or a production database, we bring that data in beside ours. The point is one screen, not one brand of equipment.

We respect what you have already paid for. Endress+Hauser meters, PLCs with a 4-20 mA output, a legacy SCADA system — we integrate them. We don’t rip things out.

How a Quantify project actually runs.
Five steps, in the order they happen. The first one costs nothing and the last one carries on for as long as you want us there.

Technical Site Assessment
We walk your floor with you — usually half a day, at no charge. We look at what you make, what it costs you to make it, and which of those numbers nobody currently has.

Ecosystem Design
Then we design the sensor network around your lines and your shifts: what to measure, where it goes, what it talks to, and the order that pays back soonest.

Procure & Install
We source the hardware, configure and bench-test it before it ships, and install it ourselves. Most sensors go in without stopping the line.

Configure & Commission
We build the dashboards, alerts and reports around your factory, then commission them with the people who are going to use them — not just hand over a login.

Ongoing Support & Monthly Reviews
Every month we sit down with your team, go through what the meters found, and agree what is worth doing next. That is the part that does not end.

Technology & hardware
Wireless sensors, and what is behind them.
The sensors go on the asset, not into your control system. They are wireless, they run on a battery for years, and they can only read — there is no path from a sensor back to a machine.
No single manufacturer makes the best sensor for every job, so we choose per application: flow meters, current transformers, temperature probes, pressure transducers, vibration sensors, radar level monitors, pH sensors, gas and ammonia detection, 4-20 mA transmitters and pulse-output meters. Where a reading has to stand up to a customer audit or a food-safety inspector, we specify NIST-certified probes.
We don’t manufacture the hardware and we didn’t write the dashboard software. But the site assessment, the install, the wiring, the integration and the dashboards are all done by one company, under one roof. There are no hand-offs between trades, and there is one number to call when something needs looking at.
